They're not going to enforce it -- boo -- but they ARE posting messages on the electronic signs above Florida highways reminding people not to drive slow in the left lane or risk a $121 fine (which they never actually levy). Yes, it's annoying that people will get into the left lane and do 45 mph in a 65 mph zone. It probably results in a lot of road rage. Don't do it. But if they aren't really going to write tickets because it's so hard to catch people doing it, what's the point? (South Florida Sun-Sentinel)
