They Don't Give Out Medals For That
-
For every Virtue-Moir story out of the Olympics, Canada seems to have to have a counterbalancing embarrassment, whether it's the minor one of the silver medal Jocelyne Larocque took off or this one, in which a skicross racer, his wife and his coach were arrested for allegedly drunkenly stealing a cab for a joyride. Whoever was driving -- all they'll say is that it wasn't the racer himself -- had a BAC of .162, which is pretty epic. You know the athletes' behavior isn't always impeccable, but stealing a cab in a foreign country is incredibly inadvisable. They're lucky to have been released. (Toronto Star)
