A high school basketball coach in Minnesota decided that his team had really no shot to win against a bigger, tougher rival, so... okay, one other thing: Minnesota high school basketball doesn't have a shot clock. So, it was back to ancient times, four corners to the extreme, a game-long stall. Final score: Waseca 17, Marshall (the stallers) 4. Horrible to watch, probably horrible to play. But on the other hand, what choice is there when your team has to play a much, much, much better team, and the rules allow you to play keepaway? (Minneapolis Star Tribune)
