If That's An Issue, You Probably Don't Want To Buy A House In The San Fernando Valley
-
In Arizona, and, I imagine, everywhere else, you do not have to disclose to the prospective buyers of your house that you, or anyone, used the house to make porn. That's coming up because a couple that makes a popular series of "Wifey's World" porn videos is trying to sell their quite elaborate Paradise Valley home for $2.2 million, and one buyer walked away after finding out that the home was a porn palace of sorts. But you also don't have to disclose murders, disease, or being located near a sex offender, at least in Arizona, and, really, what DO you know about what people were doing in your house before you showed up? You didn't buy it from a saint, after all. (Arizona Republic)
