This senior in Nova Scotia did an interview with the CBC to prove something specific: that he's alive. That's because the Canada Revenue Agency decided that he's dead, which he clearly is not. He's worried he'll lose benefits and pension payments. You'd think that, given the obvious evidence, this would be easy to fix. It may have happened in a mix-up that arose when his wife died and he followed instructions to apply for her death benefits and file her taxes. But as in all of these things, it should be an easy fix and probably won't be. (CBC)
