Ah, Spring! Cherry blossoms! Green leaves! Warm weather! Piles of dog poop exposed after the thaw! Yes, when it's winter and there are several inches or feet of snow on the ground, people don't pick up after their dogs. April reveals the leftovers. There's no apparent solution other than to make people pick up the poop from the snow, but that's not happening. One inventor created a lamp powered by methane produced by the poop, but that still requires someone to scoop it up. What can anyone do about this? (CBC)
