In Retrospect, She Probably Should Have Put It In Her Carry-On
-
Still more bad news for Southwest: A woman is angry after the airline lost her 97-year-old mother's prosthetic foot for over two weeks. She'd checked it in baggage to bring to Belize from Tampa, they lost the bag, and two weeks later, it showed up in Atlanta. She wants them to pay for her to go back to Belize to deliver the foot, they want to give her half her fare back, she says that's not enough. What are they obligated to do? Ship the foot without the daughter? Reimburse 100%? Nothing? (WFLA-TV/Tampa)
