Are The Planes Still Under Warranty?

Is it our imagination or are more and more airplane windows smashing lately? We know about the Southwest incidents, and now here's a JetBlue plane that was flying from San Juan to Tampa but diverted to Fort Lauderdale when the windshield shattered. They said that the plane didn't lose cabin pressure and it was the outer layer of the window in the cockpit, but they didn't say why the window shattered. Just seems like these incidents are starting to show up in the news more often. (WFTS-TV/Tampa)
