A study suggests that mood disorders, including depression and bi-polar, might be linked to body clock disruptions, meaning that you need a good night's sleep and if you're checking social media late at night, it's not just the news posted there that might be making you stressed. The study can't tell whether the disrupted routine causes the mental illness or the other way around, but the two seem to go hand-in-hand in some cases. (BBC)
