Don't Forget To Schedule Hours Of Aimlessly Websurfing And Checking Facebook
-
This was an article I missed last week but it's an evergreen, with tips on how to stick to a schedule when working from home. You know, I've worked from home for 20 years and I don't find it hard to do at all. But if you have trouble adjusting, the article suggests things like scheduled breaks with alarms to remind you about them, keeping track of your hours, being flexible with hours, that kind of thing. I dunno, seems fairly straightforward: When the workday starts, you work. When it's over, you stop. (New York Times)
