Wait, What's This About 'Unwanted Cheese'? Who Doesn't Want Cheese?
-
A lawsuit alleges that McDonald's charges customers for cheese they don't want. The suit says that the restaurant used to put burgers without cheese on the menu along with the "with cheese" versions, but now doesn't, and when you order, you have to order, say, a Quarter Pounder with Cheese, hold the cheese. Is there an obligation for a fast food joint to offer a cheeseless burger at lower cost? If you ask them to hold the pickles, do you deserve a further discount? (WPLG-TV/Miami)
