Does the World Cancer Research Fund's report that there is no such thing as a safe amount of alcohol or bacon make you think about changing your diet? They say any amount of alcohol puts you at risk for several forms of cancer, and processed meat -- bacon, ham, salami, sausage -- will put you at risk no matter how little you indulge. You should also limit red meat consumption. On the other hand, good-tasting food is one of life's pleasures. Do you sacrifice that to try to minimize your cancer risk? (Meredith/KPHO-TV-KTVK/Phoenix)
