Newer Isn't Always Better. Or At Least Better Enough
-
Apple is reportedly telling its suppliers that it will be cutting back on iPhone production for the next models because of falling demand, and that raises a question of how often you upgrade now. I used to do it every two years, but these days, I don't see the benefit. The newer iPhones are faster and have better cameras than my 7 Plus, but the speed isn't all that important and the camera on the 7 Plus is just fine. My wife's 6 Plus still works fine, too. Don't need face recognition. So, why would I pay to upgrade? I bet a LOT of people feel this way about ALL phones. Are we reaching the saturation point? (CNN Money)
