Oh, not again: We've seen what seems like a billion studies telling us we need to sleep eight hours. Now, here's a professor, a "sleep scientist," saying we need more time in bed than that. And his reasoning actually makes sense: He says that you don't immediately go to sleep when you go to bed, so you need more like eight-and-a-half hours, some of that being the tossing-and-turning or just laying there trying to get to sleep. So, again, do you get enough? (CTV News)
