Want a better night's sleep? Here's one suggestion, from the Cleveland Clinic Sleep Disorders Center: pink noise. Not white noise, but pink noise. It's a mix of high and low frequencies that is supposed to be better for older people, increasing their slow-wave sleep, which is good, I guess. Gonna try it? (WKYC-TV/Cleveland)
