You've undoubtedly experienced turbulence on an aircraft before, but how about this Qantas flight that went into a 10-second free-fall nosedive over the Pacific Ocean after hitting the wake of another Qantas jet 20 miles away? This is why you keep your seatbelt fastened. And it's still amazing that something like this can happen and the flight manages to stay in the air and land safely. (Sydney Morning Herald)
