Maybe A PPM Can Figure It Out

I suppose sounds can carry a long way and be hard to pinpoint, but I don't know that I've ever heard of a case quite like what's happening in Gloucester City, NJ, on the Delaware River, where, early Monday mornings every week, they hear mystery music wafting across town from a source they can't find. They think it's some place on the Philadelphia waterfront, maybe, but can't figure it out. They can hear -- and feel -- heavy bass, and it's keeping them awake at night. You would THINK this would be easy to narrow down, but so far, nope. (WPVI-TV/Philadelphia)
