Never Aspired To Be On 'Taxicab Confessions,' TBH
-
An Uber driver in St. Louis streams all his rides on Twitch. He doesn't exactly tell the passengers they're live on the Internet, nor do they know that people all over the world are making fun of them in the comments. This is technically legal in Missouri (a one-party consent state), but really unethical. And he thinks he's doing nothing wrong, even though, at the end of the article, he's asking the reporter not to print his (publicly available) surname because he's concerned about his OWN privacy. Would you ride if you knew you were on video? And if you rode and didn't know you were on a Twitch stream, what would you do once you found out? (St. Louis Post-Dispatch)
