This "study" looked at 50 people, so it's not much of a study, but it shows that caffeine didn't help the participants lose weight. It DID show that drinking caffeine at breakfast made them eat 10% less, but just at that meal, not the rest of the day. So, you're gonna have to find another method to knock off those pounds.
