Sorry, Kid, Can't Serve You Gin And Tonics Anymore

A bill has landed on California Gov. Jerry Brown's desk limiting what drinks kids can order at restaurants. If they do the ordering, they'd be limited to milk or water. If an adult orders for them, it could be anything. Now, at a typical sit-down restaurant, kids generally aren't alone and adults can do the ordering, so this wouldn't really matter. Fast food, on the other hand, would be another matter. Is this necessary, though? Won't kids just stop at 7-Eleven or something and load up on Big Gulps there? (KNBC-TV/Los Angeles)
