Everybody Has A Camera At All Times. This Isn't Necessarily A Good Thing

It is not illegal to take photos of people in public. But what do you do when people are taking "creepshots" -- not porn, but surreptitiously-taken suggestive photos, usually of women and children, that are posted to the Internet? It's an invasion of privacy, except that you don't have an expectation of privacy in a store or in public anywhere. It's creepy, but they can say, well, it's just innocent and the subjects are fully clothed. In the article, one town is charging creepers with public nuisance violations, but is that enough?
