Forget Reaching Millennials. That Paper Will Do Great With 8-Year-Olds

What is the limit for bad puns and pre-school jokes? Oh, lighten up, people who are upset with plans to launch a new newspaper in Uranus, Missouri, the Uranus Examiner. The town on Route 66 has some local businesses embracing the joke, including the Uranus Fudge Factory -- yes, they went there -- and a place where you can throw axes called the Axehole -- yes, they went THERE -- and the Examiner's launch prompted Mayor Luge Hardman -- yes, that's his name -- to threaten a boycott because the innuendo "puts my city up for public ridicule." Like anyone would know the town if it DIDN'T have a name ripe for bad poop jokes. Sometimes, you gotta embrace what would otherwise be embarrassing. (The Guardian)
