So Now You Won't Have To Take Another Route To Get Caught In Hopeless Traffic
-
It only took 62 years (and me moving away), but I-95 finally runs unbroken from Florida to Maine. You might know that since the roads were constructed, I-95 runs through Philadelphia and up to Trenton but that's it, and, nearby but not directly connected, I-95 is the New Jersey Turnpike from around Bordentown up to the George Washington Bridge. Now that I-95 finally has a ramp to put you directly on the Pennsylvania Turnpike and across the bridge to the New Jersey Turnpike, I-95 is more-or-less continuous all the way up the coast, and what used to be I-95 in Bucks County is now I-295 all the way. Expect confusion for a while, but it was confusing the other way, too. (Philadelphia Inquirer)
