They Probably Charged A Removal Fee

I don't want to make too much light of what is undoubtedly a tragedy, but you gotta say that a passenger dying on a flight and forcing the plane to turn around two hours into a long flight is the ultimate travel bummer. Poor guy died of natural causes on a Detroit-to-Shanghai flight -- hypertensive cardiovascular disease. You also gotta wonder whether the stress of travel led to that; the prospect of a long international flight crammed into an airplane seat overnight can't be good for someone with that condition. Also, imagine sitting next to someone who dies. That would be awkward. (Detroit Free Press)
