Pay No Attention To The Gaping Hole At Your Feet
-
While the pilot's confidence on this Air India 737 flight taking off from Tamil Nadu, India was impressive, it was probably foolhardy to continue flying after hitting a brick wall and a tower. But he did until, two hours into the flight, he was ordered back when they found pieces of the plane on the ground back at the airport. It went otherwise incident-free, but you'd generally want your flight not to hit brick walls or take off after doing so. And you definitely don't want to hear them tell you that it was a miracle your plane was able to take off at all. (Washington Post)
