Campaign signs are popping up in the Phoenix area for "Homie for Senate." One thing: There is no candidate named "Homie." It's actually a guerilla marketing campaign for a real estate company. Should companies be able to do that with faux campaign signs placed on municipal rights-of-way? Apparently, it's legal. And if that's the case, it's surprising that other businesses don't put free ads on city land (hey, radio, hint, hint). (KTVK-KPHO-TV/Phoenix)
