You may think of caterpillars as harmless little creatures. In Florida, they bite, and their bites hurt. A lot. The "puss caterpillar" -- that's what it's called -- leaves you in intense pain. They're really furry and weird looking, so people want to touch them, but that's SUCH a bad idea. And it's the season for them, so if you're in Florida, maybe stay away from them. (WFLA-TV/Tampa)
