Although Traffic At The Tim Hortons Drive-Thru Is Just A Mess Now

Canada's national legalization of pot has become a testing ground for a lot of theories about what might happen if pot's legal everywhere. One interesting development is that the police are finding no increase in impaired driving since pot was made legal. It might be too early to tell, but so far, so good. Any increase is minor, and most RCMP investigations have involved improper storage of cannabis, not actual operation of the vehicle while impaired. So far, the scare stories aren't manifesting themselves in reality. (CBC)
