Every year, someone runs an article like this one about how to make Thanksgiving healthier, like substituting kale for stuffing or pumpkin pie for pecan pie. That's fine and probably better for you, except... do you WANT to be thinking about that on Thanksgiving? Is it a culinary buzz kill that you're willing to endure? Or would you prefer just taking one day out of the year to eat what you want without guilt? (CNN)
