Why would someone put screws and nails in the street to cause people to get flat tires? In Plainville, Connecticut, over 50 cars have gotten flats from screws and nails scattered in the street, and the real number may be over 200 now, judging by what local tire shops are saying. Someone's gonna get hurt. (WVIT-TV/Hartford)
