What To Do? Hmm... Let Me Sleep On It

Oh, for... you know how we've been hearing how you need to make sure you get enough sleep? Now they -- at least, in a new study -- say that sleeping in can be harmful to your health, because of course it is. Geez. Your risk of heart disease and type 2 diabetes increases if you tend to get up late. Those people tend to stay up late, too, which is associated with bad eating and drinking habits. Don't know WHAT to do about sleep now, do we? (KABC-TV/Los Angeles)
