Who doesn't want to avoid environmental catastrophe? Okay, since we're all on the same page, meet the "Planetary Health Diet" some experts say will stave off extinction. You can guess what it is. A lot less beef, half what you'd normally eat. Same for sugar. Veggies, fruit, nuts are not only OK, but you'd be doubling them. And you in North America are REALLY gonna have to change: 84% less red meat, 600% more beans and lentils. (I hate lentils. Beans, OK.) Can you do that if the fate of the earth depends on it?
