Are you ready for yet ANOTHER fitness "breakthrough" concept? This one says that you can improve your aerobic fitness the easy way with just 20 seconds of brisk stair climbing several times a day. They call it "exercise snacks." I'm sure it's better than nothing, but... okay, even the researchers admit that this can't replace REAL workouts, but if you can't do anything else, maybe this might help. (New York Times)
