Nothing Good Happens Late At Night Anyway

Melissa McCarthy goes to bed early and wakes up at 6 am every day. She says she can't function without a good eight hours of sleep. That's me, too; I have to start work bright and (very) early, but even on rare days off, I end up out of bed and on with my day by 6 or so. And that's going to restrict your social life -- especially on weeknights, when going out is out of the question -- and it may turn you into an early-dinner person, but it's probably healthier overall. So, are you an early riser or night owl? (Philadelphia Inquirer)
