Do we have enough to worry about these days? No? Then here's a CDC study warning that young kids may be using too much toothpaste, possibly leading to streaky or splotchy teeth in adulthood. It's the fluoride, and, no, it's not about Communists poisoning the water. It's that you're not supposed to use too much of it, and kids are especially vulnerable, but you know how kids overload everything. Anyway, even though the study doesn't really verify that this does cause a problem later in life -- they didn't follow the kids to older age, and parents may misremember how much kids use -- it's something to add to the pile of Things That Are Dooming Society.
