Here's an extensive report on the benefits, and some drawbacks, of waking up early. Early risers are often more successful, more productive, you know the drill. But some people just can't wake up that early, and you also want to make sure you get enough sleep. I'm an early riser, even if I would LOVE to sleep in some mornings. I just can't.
