Here's an ice cream that claims to help you sleep better, not by including Ambien or melatonin, but by having less of the lactose, sugar, and caffeine that might keep you awake. Does it work? Apparently, it's not been proven, it's more of a marketing deal. At least, according to the reporter, it tastes good -- real sugar. But, honestly, if you need sleep, you probably shouldn't be eating ANY ice cream before bed. (Washington Post)
