Maybe He Should Have Collected Hot Wheels Instead

You've seen hoarders. You haven't seen this: A guy was keeping over 150 vehicles on his property, and he freely admits to being a hoarder but adds that it's legal to buy and own cars, even junkers. The city of Philadelphia disagreed and removed over 100 cars from the property. It's a largely industrial area with homes across the street, but eyesore is a good way to describe it. But he's right in that it's legal to own a lot of junkers, and if so, where do you put it? Because a lot in an industrial zone, even one across the street from some row houses, would seem to be apropos. (WPVI-TV/Philadelphia)
