This survey by MagnifyMoney.com lists the top 10 cities in America where adults 25-40 still live with their parents. Students are not included, but people who are unemployed or aren't in the labor force are. Okay, you want to know the list, right? Riverside, CA, followed by Miami, L.A., New York. All expensive places to live. But then it's San Antonio and New Orleans, not all that expensive, and Philadelphia and Providence, midrange, with Baltimore and Orlando rounding out the top 10. Not sure what makes these places the kind where people live with mom and dad; in some cases, it's young adults who have children of their own, so maybe it's economic or maybe they want to be close to grandma and grandpa. Some -- including Riverside, New Orleans, and Baltimore -- may be because of unemployment. And, yeah, more men than women. Among the top 50, the lowest rank -- fewest living with mom and dad -- went to Minneapolis, with Seattle and a three-way tie between Denver, Indianapolis, and K.C. next. So, when did YOU move out of your parents' home? (MagnifyMoney.com)
