Youd Think That Would Have Come Up In An X-Ray At Some Point In 99 Years

Rose Marie Bentley of Molalla, Oregon died in 2017 at the age of 99, which is not the entire story here. No, the story is that now, two and a half years later, after donating her body to science, they discovered that she had a 1-in-50-million condition: All of her organs were reversed, a mirror image of where they're supposed to be, which normally is life-threatening. You aren't supposed to live to 99 with that. She did, with no chronic conditions other than arthritis. Maybe you can get people to call in with their own, surely less rare and astounding, medical quirks. People love to tell you about their double-jointedness and ability to roll their tongues and other freakish things. (KOIN-TV/Portland)
