Vowing Revenge Is Probably Not The Best Reaction, But It's Understandable
-
This New York Times article offers advice on dealing with rejection, mostly as it pertains to job applications. It's all about separating yourself from the rejection, the expert says, and understanding that it's more that there wasn't a good fit between you and the other party than anything wrong with you in particular. I'm not sure about that -- it can sometimes be that you really ARE the problem, or THEY'RE the problem -- but in any event, you can probably get a topic out of this by talking about the worst rejections you've had, professional or personal.
