Heads Up Always Welcome

This brief item is about a Florida speed trap that only caught one speeder, and how the cops found out WHY everyone seemed to be going under the limit that day: Someone put up a sign a little ways up the road warning "POLICE AHEAD." I know that in some places, cops will arrest someone for even flashing their lights to warn of cops ahead, but is that fair game? Is it okay to warn people of law enforcement? After all, if it slows people down, isn't that the goal of the speed trap anyway? (WFLA-TV/Tampa)
