My Home Was In The Deep Background Of A Scene In 'The Beverly Hillbillies.' What's That Worth?

At what point does a home's show biz history go from fetching a premium to being ho hum? I ask that because this house was the one in "Grumpy Old Men," a fairly big hit movie in 1993, and it's for sale but they're asking $249,000, which seems average for St. Paul, Minnesota. It's a fairly unassuming house. If there's a premium for the ability to say, hey, my house was in a Jack Lemmon-Walter Matthau-Ann-Margret movie, I'm not sure they're getting that.
