Assumption: Older people's health suffers from loneliness and sadness. That's true, but what's worse for the elderly is anger. A Canadian study says that people 80 or older showed greater levels of inflammation and chronic illness when they had daily feelings of anger. You know, if you've made it to 80, maybe you don't need to be so angry about stuff. Actually, that applies to all ages. (CTV News)
