This New York Times columnist looked into the question and found that, yes, it's better, according to the experts, to let bygones be bygones and mov on. It reduces stress and anger, and I think we reported on a study that showed that anger held into old age is linked to higher levels of inflammation. But it's easy to say "let it go" and harder to actually DO it. (New York Times)
