Good Sleep Now Means The Big Sleep Comes Later
-
Can't get a good night's sleep? You might have chronic insomnia. Got chronic insomnia? It might be killing you. There's an increased risk of hypertension, Type 2 diabetes, heart attack, depression, anxiety, and premature death. You kinda knew this already, but a new National Institute on Aging study says that over half of those 65 or older have sleep problems, and other studies show much higher incidence of disease among those who don't get six or more hours of sleep. Oh, and the Official Morning Show Process of taking a nap in the afternoon? Not good. Doesn't help your night sleeping and proper circadian rhythms. Try to get your sleep house in order.
