Add this to the list of health hazards you didn't know about: A National Institutes of Health study suggests but doesn't quite prove that falling asleep with the TV or lights on may make you gain weight. They're not sure why, though it might be related to hormone production. Again, it's not proven, but just to be safe, turn out the lights. (AP via Spartanburg Herald-Journal)
