I Could Do A Nickelback Joke Here, But That Would Be Too Cheap

Philadelphia's Parks and Recreation Department is combating loitering at night with something they've used for years and which you won't notice unless you're young: a high-pitched noise called "The Mosquito." Yes, it takes advantage of the thing that some frequencies can't be heard by people over 25. You know, a truly vindictive thing older people could do to drive young people crazy would be to broadcast that noise everywhere, at all times. I'd make a political joke here, but nah, I'll leave that to you. (WPVI-TV/Philadelphia)
