They Might Riot If Someone Puts A World Record Amount Of Ketchup On It
-
On Wednesday, the proprietors of the Union Pork Store in New Jersey will travel to New York with what they believe will get certified by Guinness as the world's largest hot dog, and you'll get to pay ten bucks for a slice. How big? 44.3 pounds, in a 31-pound bun. Despite the name, since it's a partnership with Feltman's, it's all-beef. As with all world records, I'm confused why there'd even be a world record for largest hot dog, but given that there is, what stops anyone from just mushing beef and nitrates and stuff together into an even bigger hot dog? Why is this a special achievement? (Bridgewater Courier News/MyCentralJersey.com)
