And All I Ever Get Is Maybe Pretzels And Year-Old Movies On A Blurry Screen
-
A family innocently booked a flight from London to New York on Virgin Atlantic, not realizing that they were picking a special flight: the "Pride Flight" heading to the big Pride celebration and parade and packed with celebrants, drag queens, and celebrities, with a DJ and partying. The flight wasn't originally the Pride Flight, but when the airline changed it, the family was given the option of changing the flight, but they needed to travel that day, so they declined the change. And... of COURSE they had a spectacular time. The kids -- four years old and one year old -- danced and bounced and loved it. I mean, they had rainbow eclairs! I fly a lot, and I NEVER get lucky enough to book a seat on one that turns out to be a party. (Metro/London)
